Rules
1. Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED!
2. NO SMOKING allowed in the house!
Ashtrays are provided on patio for outdoor smoking ONLY
--If either of the two items above (#1 or #2) happen, there will be a $350 fine (double cleaning fee) that will be assessed, and added to the original $175 cleaning fee--

The minimum age to rent is 25 years old

The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members and guests

Renter authorizes us to bill the credit card on file for the full amount of the Rental Fee at the time of booking. Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with its credit or debit card issuer

Check-in time: 4:00pm

Check-out time: 10:00am **NO LATER**

No commercial photography or filming on premises

Criminal activity is prohibited anywhere on property. *IMMEDIATE eviction will occur if something occurs

No RV or trailer parking
Checking Out
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
• Check-out is by 10:00AM NO LATER!
• Place used towels in bathtubs
• Leave linens on the beds
• Load and start the dishwasher (dishwasher pods are supplied)
• Reset each thermostat (AC) to 78 (during warm weather months), or (HEAT) to 60 (during cold weather months)
• Empty all trash (in tied bags) into outdoor cans,and secure lids with mounted carabiner clips
• Check outlets for any chargers left behind
• Check closets, drawers, and dryer for clothes left behind
• Lock all exterior doors and windows
Note: Failure to do items listed above can lead to a $100 charge for excessive cleaning
Fees
Cancellation Policy:
Guests receives 100% refund if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before planned arrival date;
Guest receives 50% refund if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before planned arrival date;
No refunds if cancellation occurs within 14 days of planned arrival date.
NO EXCEPTIONS
A one-time Management / Admistrative Fee of $40 is added to each reservation. Included in that fee is insurance to cover accidental damage (within reason)
