Do I have to climb stairs?

Yes, all beds are located on upper floors. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are located on the 2nd floor, and Bedroom 3 is located on the 3rd floor

No, provided are four (4) queen-sized beds for sleeping

Is smoking allowed anywhere inside?

No, but ashtrays are provided to smoke outside on the patio

Do I need to purchase insurance?

No, a one-time Management / Admistrative Fee of $40 is added to each reservation. Included in that fee is insurance to cover accidental damage (within reason)
